What Falcon does with your data today
The API processes request bodies, media and rendered audio in memory for the length of each call. They are not written to storage or used for training, and every model keeps fixed weights for each version, so nothing it sees changes it. The service keeps only usage counters: calls per month and the last time each key was used.
What withdrawing adds
A standing record, kept with your organisation, that its data stays out of training for the rest of the preview. If training on enterprise customer data is offered while the preview runs, nothing from your organisation is included, and you do not need to ask again.
Your keys, quotas, credits and models stay exactly as they are.

Questions
Is Falcon training on my data now?
No. Requests are processed in memory and are not stored or used for training, as the Data retention guideline says. Withdrawing makes that a standing choice for your organisation for the rest of the preview.
Does withdrawing change what my keys can do?
No. Keys, quotas, credits, hosting and every model route work the same afterwards.
Does each person on my team need to send it?
No. One request covers the whole organisation. If a colleague sends one too, it is filed with yours.
Can we change our mind later?
Yes. Reply to the confirmation email and an administrator will update the record.
We are not in the private preview yet. Can we send it?
The form is for organisations that already have preview access. If you have applied, send it once your organisation is set up in the portal.
